Dylan has a tendency to fall into leadership roles. He embodies the Mighty Infamous values of transparency, integrity, and accessibility through his life story.

His life experience and thirst for knowledge is what makes him a great leader and coach for those who want to achieve next-level wellness.

Team Captain
Sam Guion
Sam is an active international powerlifting competitor and strength coach. He is a two-time IPL World Champion and one of the founding athletes of Mighty Infamous. Sam spearheaded its trajectory into the competitive sphere.
He is AFSA certified with specializations in powerlifting, strength training, body recomposition and weight loss. He has five years experience with meet prep and handling from local to world championship level.
Sam's approach is measured and calculable, with a focus on a steady trajectory while promoting efficient progress. Sam offers one on one virtual and in-person training.
Sam embodies the goals of authenticity and transparency by maintaining client comfortability while seeing clients achieve and break through their goals.

Cozy
Cozy is a Chicago-native transplant to Richmond. Growing up, he was aways active, competing in MMA, Sambo, and football. At 17, his health took a hit, and he decided to step into the gym. That's where he fell in love with weight training.
​
With some encouragement from friends, he took a shot at powerlifting. Since then he's never looked back. He's competed in multiple sanctioned events, securing a Virginia Open State Record for deadlift at 19 years old.
​
His goal is to push his limits and become the strongest version of himself.

Tyler Leach
Adrenaline drives Tyler's inner life. Trying multiple hobbies or sports has fed his adrenaline addiction. Two years ago, Tyler was introduced to powerlifting in a small garage gym. He realized quickly the adrenaline never dies because there's always training to hit the next goal.

He wanted to continue his powerlifting journey properly, he started to going to a local gym known for powerlifting and bodybuilding. That's when he met the Mighty Infamous team.
​
Tyler began training side by side several days a week with people who were so welcoming. Little did he know that less than a year later he would join the Mighty Infamous family.
​
He says "Joining Mighty Infamous pushes me to become the strongest version of myself both in and outside of the gym."

Competitive Bodybuilder
Zack Gallagher
Zack is a competitive open bodybuilder and online fitness coach.
​
His fitness journey bean when he was 5 years old as a competitive swimmer. He swam from ages 5 to 19 and transitioned from competitive swimming to competitive bodybuilding, falling in love with the gym more than the water.
​
He competed in his first bodybuilding competition in 2022 at the Jay Cutler Classic in Richmond, Virginia. Since then, he has competed in multiple shows, including the NPC Capital Grand Prix, the NPC North American Championship, and the NPC Battle Royale.
​
Zack feels very blessed to possess the knowledge to be able to craft a physique that he can be confident in, as well as show others how to do the same. He says "Nothing is more rewarding than being able to skyrocket someone's confidence in their appears by prescribing a specific diet, cardio regimen, and training program to fit their goals."

Competitive Athlete and Strength Coach
Jamie Carter
Jamie is an amateur competitive USPA Federation powerlifter and strength training coach. They began their own health and strength journey after a long-time battle with a chronic condition.
​
After a year and a half of getting into strength training, they became enamored with the sport of powerlifting. They began working with Sam and are now a state bench press record holder as well as qualifying for Nationals at their second meet.
​
Jamie's passion is helping "shes, theys, and gays" achieve strength and mobility. Their focus is specifically clients in larger bodies, illustrating that "larger doesn't mean unhealthy" and that you can still celebrate what your body is capable of through movement, strength, and power.
